I wanted to thank you personally for your commitment and hard work in supporting Center Parcs throughout this Summer. We asked a great deal of you and your team, and you met every challenge and opportunity to enable us to re-open on time, and in a much better position, for which we are extremely grateful.

You completed the Sherwood Forest Sprudel works within a very tight timeframe, with the added complexity of working around others in the area, requiring your team working longer hours outside of other contractors. Furthermore, you also completed essential maintenance and enhancement work at both Longleat Forest and Elveden Forest, making sure future months would not require these features taking off-line.

All this was done willingly, with no fuss and with full commitment to achieve our programme. We recognise you clearly prioritised Center Parcs to complete this work and wish to convey our grateful thanks and appreciation for the way you responded to our requests, going the extra mile to achieve them so successfully.
