Yes the PASBEAD flooring can be laid onto top of any substrate as long as it is structurally sound. The preparation we do would vary depending on the substrate but the flooring can be laid onto tiles, concrete, screed, fibreglass.

Yes, we can do this sectionally at night when the pool is closed, the water level would need to be dropped each night then raised in the morning.

Yes, we have a dive team we work with, commercially qualified divers can change the grills underwater along with other repairs as necessary.

Yes, the PASBEAD flooring is specifically designed for wet swimming areas, we do not install any other applications. Every project is slip tested upon completion and certification of slip resistance provided.

No, it actually improves. Due to the way the PASBEAD surface is laid as the Epoxy resin wears over time it further exposes the quartz improving the slip resistance.

We recommend that the topcoat resin is recoated every 8-10 years. This topcoat acts as a wear-coat to the actual membrane protecting it, each time this is applied the warranty of the membrane is extended and if carried out correctly the membrane will last indefinitely. Depending on the size of the pool recoating the topcoat would be a 1-2 week process.
