Linear Channel System
Over the past 15 years Poly Advisory have continually developed the PASChannel linear drainage system to achieve the quality product it is today.
As the choice by architects for many new build leisure centres including premium projects such as the Sandwell Aquatics centre along with every Center Parcs new build or refurbishment project since 2013 PASChannel is the premier wet leisure drainage choice.
The composite drainage system offers many benefits over plastic or stainless alternatives:
- Value engineering – is a cost saving against stainless steel without compromising on quality.
- Completely corrosion free – Stainless steel channels are still susceptible to corrosion if damaged or exposed to acidic cleaning chemicals. The composite channels are completely corrosion free and resistant to all cleaning chemicals.
- Ease of installation – The composite channel allows flexibility of installation on construction sites allowing the channel to be cut on site to fit site conditions.
- Eliminates leaks – PASChannel has a tanking flange allowing tanking and tiling to bond onto the channel not relying solely on a joint between the channel and adjacent tile.
- Soft to bare feet – HDPE grills provide a softer finish underfoot than stainless steel grills.
- Range of Colours – Standard colours are white or grey but the channel and grills can be manufactured in bespoke colours to suit tiling.
- Supplied with construction phase blanks – The channels come supplied with MDF blanks for use during the construction phase, this prevents the grills getting dirty or damaged as they can be stored and not installed until the end of the project just prior to opening.
