Lightweight Foamix concrete void fill option

Pool depth reduction using lightweight voidfill concrete with reinforced concrete slab.

Poly Advisory can carry out swimming pool depth reduction using a lightweight voidfill concrete. This is an aerated concrete to reduce the weight added to the pool tank.

Either new pipework is installed or the existing extended up to the new finished floor level.
The voidfill concrete is then pumped to fill the tank to a level 150mm below the finished floor. Steel tie bars are drilled and resin fixed to the perimeter walls and steel reinforcement mesh set up across the floor. Composite GRP sump boxes are installed and connected to the sump pipework.

A reinforced concrete slab is then pumped, levelled and left to cure for 4weeks.
This can then be lined with the PASLAM lining membrane as a finished or tiled on top if required.
